Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on our prices. We try to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price.
Product information
Product images and descriptions are provided as a guide. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Where a product includes technical specifications supplied by the manufacturer, we present them in good faith.
Product use and safety
Several products we sell are safety accessories or first aid supplies. They are aids, not substitutes for proper vehicle restraints, professional medical care or emergency services. You are responsible for using each product in line with its instructions and any applicable law. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Intellectual property
The content on this site is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the Consumer Guarantees Act for New Zealand customers. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
